Our Locksmith

Rob is an experienced master locksmith having been in the industry for over 25 years. 

The Lock Shop Whittlesey opened 2 years ago, having been at the Chatteris shop from the beginning. He is a local locksmith helping locals and businesses covering Cambridgeshire. Fully CRB checked and used by the police Rob is a well trusted tradesman.

Outside of this work you will find him running fitness classes in the local community 3 nights a week. Getting to where the business is today has taken big dreams, hours of hard work, persistence and set goals. We have many plans for the future and will continue building friendships and business relationships in our local area.

For orders up to 1.5kg we give you the option of shipping through Royal Mail. When you need an order in a hurry or for all orders above 1.5kg there is a courier option. All orders made before 2pm will be delivered to you the very next working day.

You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
