At The Lockshop Whittlesey, we supply and install intruder alarms to residential, commercial and industrial buildings using some of the best equipment such as Texecom. Our engineers are fully trained and certified to install systems to your requirements.

We are also trained and certified in the supply and installation of fire alarm systems. Our engineers can help with fire alarms, panels, detectors, call points and wiring. We can also offer to service your current system.

Shipping

For orders up to 1.5kg we give you the option of shipping through Royal Mail. When you need an order in a hurry or for all orders above 1.5kg there is a courier option. All orders made before 2pm will be delivered to you the very next working day.

Return Policy

You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
